REALTOR (not real-a-tor!) is a national trade organization for real estate agents with regional chapters. They provide essential training and resources and membership—which is earned, not given—has long been a badge of honor in the industry. The Northwest chapter found themselves under threat from many of the disruptive (online) real estate brands which did not put as much emphasis on credentials. They needed to reinvigorate their brand to reflect their continued relevance to constituents and to property buyers.
We began by creating a bold brand platform that read like a manifesto for the whole industry. The story highlighted their specific values in a way that evoked pride, credibility and the passion of their members. From there, we created a new visual identity and extended it across their website, collateral and marketing efforts. The bold designs ground them here in the Pacific Northwest and present a modern, confident organization with clear value to its members.
