Doubleknot is looking for a passionate, thoughtful Project Manager to join our team.

We’re a woman-owned creative agency in Seattle that works with clients in technology, professional services, healthcare, and consumer goods, including a focus on wine and beverage. Our small, intimate team acts like a work family, with a lot of collaboration and even more laughing. We’re no-drama professionals and we love what we do. We believe that the way we work helps our clients to reach more people, and ultimately to have a greater impact on the world.

As a PM, you will play a pivotal role in our business as the advocate for projects moving through the company—your eyes see everything as you drive our creative work from start to finish.

Project Manager responsibilities include managing timelines, resources, assets and project flow with razor-sharp attention to detail, communicating effectively across teams, and constantly looking for ways to level-up our systems and processes–your ideas matter here! You’ll handle multiple projects at once, meticulously ensuring every draft is the highest level of quality for our clients. The team will lean on you to prioritize work, with an understanding of business goals, internal structure, and workloads.

Beyond the spreadsheets, our ideal PM is diplomatic and empathic, a glass-half-full person who can communicate across teams to find solutions. You love a plan but are flexible to change, working to anticipate issues and find efficiencies, and handling challenges with positivity.

You’ll thrive in a flexible environment, keeping projects on track remotely and connecting in person as needed. You’re also a true teammate who enjoys being part of a colorful cast of creatives and wants to make a difference in the culture of our company.
