Giving back—through donations of time, money and expertise—has always been a core tenet of the Microsoft brand. Since 2012, we’ve helped them bring their annual Give campaign to life in new and evolving ways. Working for a good cause always give us the warm fuzzies, and we wanted to deliver creative that did the same for everyone who encountered it.
We’ve helped them build and sustain the campaign’s momentum by emphasizing awareness and engagement—specifically amongst younger and newer employees. From stand-up posters to seltzer cans, our work has helped to increase employee participation in the program across a wide variety of initiatives, from the October Give campaign, to Hack for Good, to the Volunteer program.
October marks the push for the official company-wide employee giving initiative, and we created this video to help get the word out on how easy it is to give.
